The Bridgestone Americas Trust Fund and the Tennessee Titans are proud to present the Bridgestone Challenge to YMCA members.
• During every Titans home game, three people selected from entry forms will receive a set of tires and two tickets to the next home game where they will participate in the on-field tire toss challenge. Finalists will advance to the Dec.9 tire toss for a chance to win a Toyota Sienna.

Are you planning on walking or running in this fall's inaugural Women's Half Marathon? Join the YMCA for a 12 week training program and make it a better half! Your local Y will provide support, education, encouragement, accountability and lots of fun.
By participating in these groups, you will also be helping the Y to provide hope and healing by supporting Restore Ministries, a life-changing ministry of the YMCA.

In July, the YMCA of Middle Tennessee will launch a Hope for Health initiative in four Middle Tennessee communities, and efforts are underway to identify and recruit participants willing to take part in a program targeting female health seekers, particularly mothers, who've been unable to succeed in their prior efforts to lead healthier lifestyles.
