CREW Teen Leadership Program
CREW (10th-11th Graders)
CREW is a Day Camp program for rising 10th and 11th graders. This two-week specialty program's goal is to develop leadership skills that young people can use throughout their lives to help themselves and others identify and achieve goals. In addition, the program helps young people learn to effectively lead children.
CREW members will participate in a variety of camp activities including trainings and hand-on experiences that will help them develop their leadership skills. Some of the leadership skills the program focuses on are goal setting, teamwork, responsibility, communication, and teaching. These skills are developed through modeling, praise, activities, discussion, journals and mentoring. CREW is offered during the Yellow, Green, Red, Blue and Purple Sessions. The CREW program fee is $475 for YMCA members and $525 for Non-members.
