Camp Widjiwagan Fantastic Family Days
Parents and siblings can experience fun and excitement of camp during our Family Day for each session. Registered campers and their immediate family are invited to tour, play, view tribe assignments, and meet your child's counselor. This is a great time to ask questions and familiarize yourself with camp! All of the most popular activities will be open for the entire family to enjoy!
Yellow and Green Family Day — Monday, May 25th 11am-4pm
Red and Blue Family Day — Sunday, June 21st Noon-4pm
Purple and Orange Family Day — Sunday, July 19th Noon-4pm
These days are reserved for camper to experience Camp Widjiwagan with their families. No bus service will be provided and an adult must accompany all campers.
Parent/Child Programs
During each session, Camp Widjiwagan will offer parents a chance to accompany their child to camp for a morning activity, providing opportunities to from a stronger bond with their camper. Strong families are at the heart of the core values taught by the YMCA of Middle Tennessee and Camp Widjiwagan. Having a strong relationship with you will help your child to strengthen confidence, forge friendships, and sharpen character throughout his or her life.
Activities will run from 7:30am-8:30am, and will include canoeing, kayaking, and fishing. Continental breakfast will be served.

Family Night — The Grand Finale
All camp sessions close with a special Family Night program. Everyone is invited to return to camp the last Friday evening at 7:30pm for awards and a special program staged by the campers and the staff.
